Description
The newly designed 2x2 Imperial Solar Post Cap Light allows you to choose between cool white or warm white LEDs with the flip of a switch. The Imperial features a versatile style to complement various outdoor themes with rugged cast aluminum construction and a durable black powder coat finish. Includes two (2) adapters to fit a variety of 2x2 posts. Designed specifically for the steel and aluminum fence and rail industry. Choose bright white or warm white LEDs for up to 10 hours of light on a full charge. Just make sure to place in a sunny location where it can receive plenty of direct sunlight for the best performance.
Also available in white powder coat finish.
Easy to Install: Slips over the top of your post. Measure your post for the best fit. This solar post cap light will fit a true 2", 2-1/4", and 2-1/2" post. Add or remove the included adapter(s) as needed. *Note: the 2-1/4" adapter arrives preinstalled inside the base.
- 2" Post: Remove the 2-1/4" adapter. Insert the 2" adapter to the base. Opening measures 2-1/16" square.
- 2-1/4" Post: Simply place over your post. The 2-1/4" adapter arrives preinstalled inside the base to fit over a 2.25" post. Opening measures 2-3/8" square.
- 2-1/2" Post: Remove the 2.25" adapter. Opening measures 2-5/8" square.
The light, base, and included adapters are designed with a compression fit, needing no screws to install to the post. *For a more secure fit, apply an exterior grade caulk to the bottom inside edge of the fixture before installation.

Easy Maintenance: For longest run times and best overall performance make sure your light can receive at least 4 to 6 hours of bright direct sunlight to charge the battery. More sun exposure will equal longer run times. Replace rechargeable battery every 1-2 years or as needed.
